Tower Health Completes Acquisition of Premier Urgent Care – Location Opening in Conshohocken

Tower Health has completed the acquisition of Premier Urgent Care, which is in the final stages of opening a location at 400 Fayette Street in Conshohocken. With the acquisition, Tower Health has formed a new business line, “Tower Health Urgent Care,” which the urgent cares will now be called. The acquisition is effective Saturday, December 1, 2018.

Tower Health is the owner of Brandywine, Chestnut Hill, Jennersville, Phoenixville, Pottstown and Reading Hospitals.

Tower Health’s acquisition of Premier Urgent Care’s 19 locations increases the Tower Health’s system’s urgent care facilities throughout its service area to 22 sites. Tower Health is now the largest provider of urgent care services, based on weekly visits, in the metropolitan Philadelphia area. Each of the new facilities is open 365 days a year and offers patients access to advanced, comprehensive care from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.

Walk-in care is available at Tower Health’s urgent care locations for a variety of conditions including: colds, flu, allergies, asthma, sore throat, sports injuries, minor lacerations, sprains, earaches and ear infections, and preventive services such as physicals, vaccines, and occupational health.
