Tower Health’s urgent care centers in Conshohocken and Plymouth Meeting likely coming under new ownership

Tower Health and Conshohocken-based Trinity Health Mid-Atlantic recently announced that they have entered into a non-binding Letter of Intent to evaluate and plan for the transfer of ownership of Chestnut Hill Hospital and more than a dozen Tower Health Urgent Care Centers across the region.

Two of the urgent cares involved are local. One is in Conshohocken at 400 Fayette Street within the borough hall building. The second is in Plymouth Meeting at the corner of Hickory Road and Germantown Pike adjacent to the Plymouth Meeting Mall.

Trinity Health Mid-Atlantic has committed to retaining all active employees and providers in good standing. All of the urgent care centers involved will remain open through the pending transfer. The schedule for the transfer has not been announced.
