The Montgomery County Commissioners are holding a series of town hall meetings known as “Conversations with your Commissioners.” There is one today (Monday, February 10th) at Ambler Borough Hall. The meeting will begin at 7:00 p.m. in the borough’s administration building at 122 East Butler Avenue, Ambler.
The commissioners have scheduled a series of six “Conversations with your Commissioners” throughout the county. The first two have been postponed for storm-related reasons, and will be rescheduled. They were to have been held in Lower Pottsgrove and Abington. Future stops include Bryn Mawr, East Greenville, and Norristown (schedule below).
“These conversations with the commissioners are another in a series of ways we are trying to keep residents informed about what we are doing,” said Josh Shapiro, chair of the commissioners. “We also live stream our meetings online and use social media a great deal to inform everyone about what is going on in the county.”
“We urge residents to attend these conversations so they can hear what we have tried to do during our first year in office, and we can hear what issues are most important to our residents,” Shapiro said.
