There are two items on the Wednesday, December 4th agenda of Conshohocken’s Borough Council that relate to the possible sale of Conshohocken’s sewer system. From the agenda:

b. Consider approving a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for Sewer System Sale Exploration
c. Consider appointing special legal counsel in conjunction with the RFQ for Sewer System Sale Exploration

During a meeting in November, Borough Council voted to approve an agreement with PFM to provide financial advisor services related to the sewer system.
