Two homes have sold for over a million dollars since late May in the Borough of Conshohocken. On May 27th, the new construction home at 1107 Hallowell Street sold for $1,048,900. On June 13th, a neighboring new construction home at 1111 Hallowell Street sold for $1,082,000. Cardinal Construction Group built the two homes (pictured below with a third home).

These homes join 337 West 6th Avenue, which sold for $1,005,000 in June 2024, as the only homes in the Borough of Conshohocken to have sold for a million dollars or more.

There is currently one home listed for sale in the borough for a million or more. The new construction home at 321 East 9th Avenue is listed for $1,100,000 by Noele Stinson of Coldell Banker Realty.
