Reports we are getting tell us that a pipe burst in a second floor apartment on the corner of East First Avenue and Fayette Street. In addition to the apartment, the water also damaged Jimmy John’s, which is located below the apartment. We have gotten mixed reports on other nearby businesses that may also be involved.
