We haven’t reported on this issue of the proposed convenience store with gas pumps at 12th and Fayette in Conshohocken in a while and wanted to provide an update on its status. The testimony before the Zoning Hearing Board on the petition has concluded and there will be a meeting in July (not scheduled yet) for closing arguments, plus an opportunity for public comment. The Zoning Hearing Board will then vote on the petition at a meeting in August.

We will provide an update once the meeting dates are announced.
