6ABC Action News reported on a carjacking and kidnapping that started in Philadelphia and ended in Whitemarsh Township when the vehicle struck a Whitemarsh Township police car. The two 18-year-old suspects, Jeremiah Thomas and Milan Dean-Brewer, have been arrested and charged.

The vehicle was stolen after it was left running with a child inside at a Roxborough gas station. The child was able to escape when the vehicle came to a stop.
