Waffatopia is now going to be open for waffle pick ups on Saturdays from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. in addition to their Friday hours of 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Customers can come explore the daily selection of flavors, or place orders in advance from the entire selection available on Waffatopia.com (please allow at least two days for special orders).

If you are not familiar with Waffatopia, they are makers of the Liege waffle, which is a brioche style, handheld street meal discovered on the streets of Belgium by Waffatopia’s owners Andrea and Brian Polizzi. Belgian Pearl sugar creates a mildly sweet caramelization across the brioche dough’s surface while baking, creating a no-syrup necessary treat for grab and go weekly meals, along with specialty packaging for family occasions and gifts.

Their spin on this European street treat is made in a variety of flavors including chocolate stuffed, cinnamon and vanilla, birthday cake, maple bacon, banana and nutella, monkey spice, and sweet and stormy (made with Victory Beer’s Storm King Imperial Stout).

Visitors to the Waffary can enjoy free tastings purchase waffles individually or in variety paks and place pre orders for the holidays. Additional hours will be added for convenient holiday pick ups. The waffary is located at 1050 Colwell Lane (Suite 302), which is behind the Super Fit. Look for the Waffamobile parked out front.
