PennDOT has announced that Aqua Pennsylvania is planning a lane closure/lane shift on Route 23 (Schuylkill River Road/Front Street) between Route 320 (Swedeland Road) and Balligomingo Road in Upper Merion Township and West Conshohocken Borough from Monday, January 20th through Wednesday, January 22nd from 9:00 am. to 3:00 p.m. The work being done is a water main installation.
