We actually took a poll at a local restaurant as to whether we should post this, both people said yes. We are not sure how this chicken ended up at the top of the fence on Conshohocken Road, but it did and we are now sharing it with you. Hopefully someone did not do this intentionally while the chicken was still alive. One reason we did decide to post this is if it was done intentionally, other similar acts could be connected.
