MoreThanTheCurve.com recently asked local candidates for elected office to sign a transparency pledge. The third candidate in the MoreThanTheCurve.com coverage area (and the fourth overall) to return a signed pledge is Joseph G. Pignoli (R) who is running for Borough Council in West Conshohocken. He is one of seven candidates (four Democrats and three Republicans) running for four seats on Borough Council.

The transparency pledge is most needed in West Conshohocken. It has an extremely outdated website and good look finding an agenda before a meeting. The website doesn’t even list the email addresses for elected officials and the Borough does not have a Facebook page.

We have heard back from a few other candidates, so we expect more.
