Overnight, PennDOT milled West Elm Street from Fayette Street to Colwell Lane keeping at least some residents along the street up all night.

The work was originally scheduled to occur on March 25th during the day. Concerns over traffic delays the work would cause resulted in it being moved to night work.

The milling was scheduled for just one session, so it should be completed. The schedule for the actual repaving has not been announced yet.
