Where to buy a Christmas tree locally

There are two local spots to pick up a Christmas tree this holiday season. In Lafayette Hill, Boy Scout Troop 12 is holding its annual tree sale in the lower parking lot at Miles Park through December 23rd. The hours are Monday through Friday from 5:30 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. and weekends from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Balsam and Douglas fir trees are available.

The second location is at the Conshohocken Free Library. Local landscaper Brad Byrne operates this sale and a portion goes back to the library. They currently have Douglas fir trees. Hours are Monday through Thursday from 3:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., Friday from noon to 10:00 p.m., Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., and Sunday from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Delivery is available.

The Harmonville Fire Company is not holding its annual tree sale due to concerns of exposing its firefighters to COVID-19.
