During an April 13th meeting, the Whitemarsh Township Board of Supervisors voted 4-0 to approve a liquor license from outside the township to 1100 Hector Street in Conshohocken (Whitemarsh Township) for the restaurant The Goat’s Beard. The address is part of the Spring Mill Campus office park. During a previous meeting, the township approved an outdoor dining space for the restaurant.

The license transfer will now go through a process with the Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board, which makes the final determination.

It was stated during the meeting that the restaurant is projected to open in September 2023.
