Whitemarsh Shopping Center in Conshohocken fully leased

The Whitemarsh Shopping Center at the intersection of Butler and Ridge pikes in Conshohocken (Whitemarsh Township) is now fully leased according to the website of the property owner Brixmor.

Brixmor completed a new building that consisted of 8,973 square feet of retail space divided into three sections in 2020. Those spaces were leased by Orangetheory Fitness and AFC Urgent Care, which are both open, and Mezeh, a Mediterranean fast-casual restaurant that has not yet opened its doors.

In 2020, the shopping center lost two big tenants. The Fine Wine & Good Spirits Store moved to the Metroplex in Plymouth Meeting and PetValu closed. PetValu was replaced by Ruh Ruh Pet Shoppe and the liquor store space was divided and leased to StretchLab, Modish Nail Spa, Heyday, and Banfield Pet Hospital. Banfield is in the process of seeking zoning relief to open in the space.

In 2021, The Frame Shope of Conshohocken moved to Lafayette Hill and its space was filled by an AT&T authorized reseller.

The anchor tenant for the center is Giant, with Panera and Starbucks bookending the original building. Other tenants include Illanos Pizza, Club Pilates, Supercuts, and ATI Physical Therapy.
