Wild Game Night at Trattoria Totaro on Thursday Night

Trattoria Totaro is holding their last Wild Game Night of the season on Thursday, March 29th.  The cost is $55.00 per person, each course is paired with a craft beer, and the menu is below:

First Course

Venison Sausage Vegetable Barley

Second Course

Arugula, toasted pine nuts, purple onion, sliced grape tomatoes and gorgonzola cheese tossed in fig vinaigrette, topped with ginger teriyaki marinated buffalo flank steak

Pasta Course

Venison Stroganoff

Venison strips sautéed in a peppercorn Romano cream sauce tossed with pepperdelle and topped with grated Romano cheese

Main Course

Grilled Venison Loin

Sliced and served over a raspberry fig sauce

Duck Prosciutto

Wrapped around pineapple with a balsamic drizzle

Roasted Boned Duck

With Pomegranate Koresh (scallion, garlic, orange zest, onion, walnuts, cinnamon, saffron and pomegranate)

Wild Boar Chops

With a honey yogurt sauce

Served with sweet potato risotto and vegetable
