The Philadelphia Business Journal reports that the office building at 300 Four Falls in West Conshohocken has been put up for sale. The building, which was built in 2003, is just over 98% occupied.

A West Conshohocken, Pa. building – that had once set a record for the highest price ever paid for a suburban office property in region – has come up for sale.

The building, 300 Four Falls, totals 297,320 Square feet, and last sold in 2006 for $100 million, or $340 a square foot.
