The SS. Cosmas & Damian Church property at 209 West 5th Avenue in Conshohocken was sold to St Mary & St Mercurius Coptic Orthodox Church of Greater Philadelphia. The deed shows the transaction was settled on June 22, 2016 for $1,340,000. The sale did not include the school building across the street.

Of the three parishes merged into Saint Matthew in 2016, two of the church properties have now been sold. The Saint Gertrude property in West Conshohocken was sold to the Borough of West Conshohocken for $1,210,000 in May of this year. The relegation of Saint Mary Church was put on hold while the Saint Mary Polish American Society attempts to raise the funds to maintain the church.
