Zoning Relief Sought in Plymouth Meeting for Outdoor Seating, Etc., for Mission BBQ at Former Houlihan’s

Plymouth Township is holding a zoning hearing on Wednesday, April 27th at 7:00 p.m. On the agenda is an application for a restaurant that involves take-out and outdoor dining, plus some other issues. The address involved is the former Houlihan’s restaurant at 601 West Germantown Pike in Plymouth Meeting. Here is how the notice reads:

Plymouth Meeting Zoning

We asked the township’s zoning officer who was behind the application and received the following response:

The applicant is proposing a subdivision of the property, with a restaurant (Mission BBQ) and an eye care center (Visionworks) on one lot and a retail store (no user yet) on the second lot.

Mission BBQ is mostly a southern chain, but does have three locations in Pennsylvania. Its restaurants do not serve alcohol, but do allow BYOB.

Plymouth Township holds its zoning hearings at its township building at 700 Belvoir Road in Plymouth Meeting. You can see the full notice by clicking here.
