19 Year Old Conshohocken Resident Gets 6 to 23 Months for Selling Weed

The Times Herald reported today that 19 year old Austin D’Alessandro of Conshohocken received a six to 23 month sentence for selling marijuana. D’Alessandro pleaded guilty to possession and intent to distribute on April 29th. From the Times Herald:

D’Alessandro was arrested In August of last year after police obtained a search warrant for his home and found sealed bags of marijuana, a mason jar containing marijuana, pills and materials associated with selling controlled substances, the arrest affidavit said.

Detective William Walter of the Conshohocken Borough Police Department said in the affidavit that items found in his bedroom were, in his experience, used to weigh, package and distribute marijuana.

As part of the plea agreement, additional felony charges of dealing in the proceeds of unlawful activity and criminal use of a communications facility will be dismissed, court documents stated.
