ECRI has listed its approximately 23-acre corporate campus at 5200 Butler Pike in Plymouth Meeting (Whitemarsh Township) for lease or rent. On the campus is a state-of-the-art building that was renovated in 2022 and includes several laboratories, high-tech meeting rooms, multi-use open collaboration areas, and flexible workstations. The property also includes a neighboring parking lot (and the former event stadium) that ECRI acquired from Lulu Shriners in 2017. The price being sought is not listed on any public real estate websites.

In a statement regarding the listing of the property, ECRI’s CFO Peter Catalano shared:

As our global organization has grown and adopted a virtual-hybrid model for employees, the building has become less essential for ECRI operations. The move to a virtual-hybrid workforce fueled historic growth for ECRI and enhanced efficiencies in our mission to advance safe, quality healthcare worldwide. ECRI works with partners in more than 150 countries, with offices in the United Kingdom, the Netherlands, United Arab Emirates, and Malaysia.

ECRI is seeking opportunities to maximize the use of the newly renovated space. The property includes an 80,000 square foot, three-story building. The first two floors are finished and the third floor is comprised of shelled space. It boasts a premier location with a scenic setting, ample parking, and access to the Plymouth Meeting interchange, minutes from the Plymouth Meeting Mall and downtown Ambler.
