75 Townhomes Proposed for River Front Property in Conshohocken

A piece of river front property in Conshohocken (Whitemarsh Township) that was previously slated to be an office building, is now proposed for a 75 unit townhome community (see the full plans). The developer is 901 Washington Street Partners, LP, which is led by Jim Vesey of Vesey Capital.

The proposal is set to go before the Whitemarsh Township Planning Commission on July 24th for sketch plan review.

The townhomes are proposed to be three stories above a garage.

Beyond the 75 townhomes, the proposal includes public access to the river front, including a boat ramp and two scenic overviews.

It also provides for Washington Street to be completed. This would result in it being opened between this property and David’s Bridal and vehicles being able to exit off Washington Street at Lee Street.
