Y6 101 is perfect for beginners and those who like to revisit alignment principles & foundational shapes! Y6 Restore offers a gentle warm-up and floor based stretching to help improve range of motion and flexibility in muscle tissue. While slower in pace, don’t let the name fool you – Y6 Slow Flow offers components of strength and flexibility as shapes are sustained for longer periods of time and can pose a challenge! For those who like it HOT, try out Y6 Hot – our signature set sequence or Y6 Power, a vigorous flow that builds toward peak postures. If you like your yoga with a side of intensity – check out Y6 Sculpt & Flow! This format starts with a yoga warm up, ends with a yoga cool down, and offers a HIIT workout with dumb bells, resistance bands and cardio bursts in the middle – a fun, high energy practice!
