Two tenants take portion of commercial building in Plymouth Meeting that was almost converted into private school

An office building in Plymouth Meeting (Plymouth Township) slated to be a private school after the school was granted zoning relief in 2023 is now being leased for industrial uses. The school decided not to move forward with the plan.

Commercial real estate company Newmark has now announced that it has leased 48,116 square feet of industrial space at 1 Innovation Drive to two tenants on behalf of the property’s owner Alliance HP. The building is 143,000 square feet.

The two tenants are Nevro Corp. and Donnelly’s Home Comfort Specialists. Nevro Corp, a medical device company, will occupy 13,623 square feet for operations and engineering. Donnelly’s, a plumbing and HVAC service provider, is relocating its headquarters and distribution center to the building, where it will occupy 34,493 square feet. It is currently based in Lansdale.

Alliance acquired 1 Innovation Drive with plans to retrofit the existing office building into industrial/flex space. “This early leasing momentum validates our reimagined vision and strategy for the property as we aimed to capitalize on the significant demand for high-quality flex space in this premier location in Montgomery County,” shared Matt Handel, Philadelphia market lead for Alliance HP.
