The Philadelphia Business Journal reported on September 8 that the Residence Inn in Conshohocken has been sold by an entity associated with Hersha Hospitality to The Wankawala Organization, a New Jersey-based company. Hersha bought the hotel property in 2015 for $17,970,000. The hotel was constructed in 2001 and has 137 rooms.

Last week, MoreThanTheCurve.com noticed that the liquor license for the hotel was being transferred to Shree Said Siddhi Conshohocken, LLC, which is similar to other LLCs associated with hotel properties owned by The Wankawala Organization.
