The Wardrobe opens a pop-up shop at Plymouth Meeting Mall

The Wardrobe, a nonprofit organization that provides clothing and professional support for those experiencing clothing insecurity, recently opened a temporary pop-up location at Plymouth Meeting Mall. The new location is part of The Wardrobe’s recent goal to connect with more people across Montgomery County.

The organization specializes in providing professional wear for those who do not have access to it. Without the right clothes, many find it difficult to advance in the workplace or acheive financial stability. But helping eliminate clothing insecurity allows people to more easily find employment and financial independence after poverty or difficult life transitions, says The Wardobe.

According to the nonprofit, shoppers can get deals on contemporary and designer clothing at over 70% off regular retail prices. Free clothing services will also be available for those seeking professional, casual or everyday clothing. The organization states that all individuals seeking resources at The Wardrobe will receive support and STAR treatment (Styling, Time, Advice Respect).

The Wardrobe invites residents to donate, shop and volunteer with them at any of their six locations across Southeastern Pennsylvania. Donations of professional and casual clothes and accessories are accepted daily.

The pop-up at Plymouth Meeting Mall will be open Monday through Saturday from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m., with the nearest entrance by PF Chang’s and Dave and Buster’s. To learn more, visit The Wardrobe’s website here: WardrobePA.org.
