The 2025 Conshohocken Winter Market, presented by Cencora, will be held on December 5-7 and December 12-14 in the Plaza at SORA West adjacent to Hotel West & Main and the corporate headquarters of Cencora in downtown Conshohocken.
The market features 25 vendors each weekend, live holiday music, character appearances, and seasonal cocktails and more from Hotel West & Main’s 1874 Social. The market takes place inside a 50′ x 90′ heated tent.
If you are interested in becoming a vendor, please complete this form. Please note that all vendors must be able to provide three insurance certificates naming the property owners and the event as additional insured parties.
If you have vended in the past, you do not need to complete this form and will be contacted directly.
At this time, all baked goods/dessert slots are filled (unless it is something holiday-oriented and very niche). We have also filled the alcohol and sports merch slots.
More details on the 2025 Conshohocken Winter Market will be released in August.

The market is being held at the Plaza at SORA West adjacent to Hotel West & Main. The address is 46 Fayette Street in Conshohocken, PA. A free parking garage is available off West Elm Street. Coming from the Matsonford Bridge, turn left onto West Elm Street. Coming from Ridge Pike down Fayette Street, turn right onto West Elm Street. Parking is free.
