Since it was approved by Conshohocken’s Borough Council by a vote of 4-3 in November 2017, the issue has been appealed to Montgomery County Court of Common Pleas in Norristown by nearby property owners.

On August 2nd, Judge Bernard Moore issued two orders (Docket 11363373 and Docket 11363392).

Please note that we do not fully understand the impact of these orders, but they are both rulings in support of the neighbors.

We spoke to an attorney for the neighbors on Friday and are awaiting a press release. We also reached out today to the attorney for Pineville Provco, which is the entity seeking to develop the property, for comment and what the next course of action will be.
