If you are interested in the development projects being proposed in Conshy, there are two large ones on tonight’s Planning Commission agenda.  The first is a Conditional Use Review for 400 West Elm Street.  This involves 300+ apartments.  The second is a tentative sketch plan for an apartment complex along the river by O’Neil Properties (401-433 Washington Street).

The meeting is tonight at 7:00 p.m. at old borough hall at 8th and Fayette.
