On the June 12th agenda for the Whitemarsh Township Board of Supervisors in a hearing involving a conditional use application involving From the Boot’s desire to move from its current location at the Shoppers World Shopping Center in Lafayette Hill to 400-404 Germantown Pike, next to the Wawa at the intersection of Germantown Pike and Joshua Road. The space involved is the former Roxy’s Drug Strore and one used by a dentist.

A conditional use is when a type of business is allowed within a zoning district, but has to show it has met certain conditions and seek approval.

The township’s planning Commission reviewed the application during a May 27th meeting and voted unanimously to recommend that the supervisors grant the conditional use.
