Avison Young Promotes Patrick Brady to Principal

Avison Young Philadelphia which is based in West Conshohocken recently announced the promotion of Vice President Patrick Brady to Principal. Brady, a founding member of Avison Young Philadelphia in September 2013, has distinguished himself in in the local commercial real estate market. Over the past 3.5 years, Brady has executed over 125 transactions and leased more than 1,000,000 sf of office space.

At Avison Young, principals own and operate the company, a key differentiator for the world’s fastest-growing commercial real estate firm. The Principal designation is reserved for top talents who exhibit a strong work ethic and have demonstrated success.

Currently, Brady focuses on both tenant and landlord representation along with acquisitions and dispositions of office properties in the Suburban Philadelphia market. He also was appointed to the “Young Guns Advisory Council” for Avison Young where he serves with 8 other members internationally helping to guide and develop future young leaders for the company.
