Blackfish BYOB is featuring Blue Crab on its four-course tasting menu from October 28 to 30. Chef Chip Roman recommends pairing a classic Chablis with the blue crab. Northern Italian Chardonnay is known for its purity, minerality, and crisp acidity—think green apple, lemon zest, and subtle salinity.
