The Borough of Conshohocken issued a warning on October 22nd involving an effort to trick residents into making a wire transfer to its planning department. According to the borough, the email being used for this scam is planningconshohockenpa@usa.com.

The borough advises that if you receive such an email, do not open it or click on the attachment, and delete it immediately.

Official emails from the borough would only use the @conshohockenpa.gov domain. The borough also shared that it does not seek payments through wire transfers.
