Boston Market evicted in East Norriton

The Boston Market located in the Northtowne Plaza at 18 East Germantown Pike in Norristown (East Norriton Township) has been evicted from the premises as of Tuesday, November 14th at 9:00 a.m. The restaurant filed an emergency motion to be allowed back on the premises, which was denied on November 17th in the Court of Common Pleas in Montgomery County.

According to court documents, Boston Market owes the landlord, New Tees Co. L.P., over $50,000 in back rent and legal fees. The landlord also discovered after it took possession of the building that it was not being heated.

This is the second restaurant evicted by New Tees Co. in Northtowne Plaza in November. Crab du Jour was evicted on November 6th.
