We were invited to a sneak peak of Pudge’s breakfast menu on Saturday. The menu is from Bill Danitz, who owned the 401 Diner until 1999. Danitz will also be the man in the kitchen during breakfast service. Breakfast will be offered seven days and the hours will be Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. and 7:00 a.m. to noon on the weekends. The breakfast menu will be offered starting Monday, February 29th.

When not offering breakfast, Pudge’s will offer its regular menu of cheesesteaks, burgers, etc.
