After Saint Patrick’s Day, Brittingham’s is going to close and get a makeover, which will include an outside seating area.  The popular bar and restaurant was recently sold to the owners of CJ’s and Eck’s in Manayunk.  The expectation is that they will reopen in late August or September.  According to the person I spoke with, the plan is to keep everything relatively the same, including live Irish and other music.
