Just before 1:00 a.m. last night a car drove off of Germantown Pike and hit a house so hard it ended up completely inside the house. The residents of the home were unhurt and the driver was taken to the hospital for evaluation. Below is the story from FOX 29:
EVB Towing was called to remove the car from the home. EVB’s owner. Kevin Bowe, shared that it was a unique situation because the car was completely inside the home. He said he has seen his share of cars hit walls, but has never seen a vehicle have enough momentum to carry itself inside the structure. Before removing the vehicle EVB also had to make sure the gas tank wasn’t comprised and that they would be able to safely remove the vehicle without further damaging the home.
