Conshohocken-based B+M Prime Goods is seeking to fill the part-time position of E-commerce Inventory Specialist. B+M Prime Goods started in 2014 from curiosity of selling products online. Since that initial period, the company has experienced double digit growth each year as more consumers shop online, especially on Amazon.com. Roughly 45% of all people who want to buy something start their search on Amazon.com! We are a locally owned online marketplace business. We buy a diverse mix of inventory from local stores, online stores, and distributors for sale exclusively within different online channels. Our tremendous success is the reason for growth and need to build up an “A” team.
The Role
As an Inventory Specialist, you will be responsible for listing/preparing inventory for shipment to fulfillment warehouses, processing e-commerce orders, processing products that have been returned, and managing processes around our inventory. While this is an entry level position, we are fully committed to promoting from within our organization as the business continues to grow. Available career tracks we envision over the next 24 months include New Product Launches, Business to Business Sales, and Operations Director. Compensation will start at $10/hour with quarterly bonus opportunities and opportunity for advancement/raises in line with performance. Initial hours would begin at 5 hours a day, 5 days a week and may scale to full time as responsibilities increase.

You are a self-motivated, reliable and DETAIL oriented individual. If people mention you are OCD, we actually would LOVE that. You are comfortable working on your own and trying to figure out a solution by yourself instead of needing to be told what to do every step of the way. You are passionate about online retail and want to learn about the E-Commerce industry as the future of retail. You also love the idea of working for an established start-up where your actions every day make a difference.

- Fundamental middle school math skills
- Comfortable doing light lifting up to 30 pounds
