Cerdo to be Name of New Restaurant from the Pieri Restaurant Group

Brian Pieri, owner of Pieri Restaurant Group, shared with us today that his third restaurant will be named Cerdo (Spanish for pig). He described the restaurant and bar, which will be located at the space formally occupied by Isabella, as a Mediterranean based offshoot of sister restaurants Bar Lucca and The StoneRose. All three restaurants are in Conshohocken.

Pieri hasn’t released the menu yet, but describes the menu as:

An adventurous old world wine list accompanies our menu filled with dishes inspired by the region ranging from wild boar, to raw selections, to cured hams carved right in our bar area. Our energetic environment will take you to your favorite table in Barcelona, or favorite cliff in Sicily while you explore the simple ingredients that define the Mediterranean dining experience.

The restaurant is targeted to open in two weeks. It will be open for dinner initially and then add a lunch menu in December.

Last month Pieri received zoning relief that will allow him to utilize the patio and upstairs of the space, which Isabella was never able to use. These spaces will be available for private parties and events.

MoreThanTheCurve.com and Cerdo are giving away a $100 gift card to the new restaurant. Complete the registration form below to enter. We will pull a winner randomly at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, November 22nd and announce the winner via Facebook (and email the winner).
