Approximately six months ago, the commercial real estate firm JLL listed the Conshohocken Ridge Corporate Center for sale. That listing now shows the property as “under contract.”

The property is located at 625 Ridge Pike in Conshohocken (Plymouth Township), which is at the intersection of Ridge Pike and Colwell Lane. The office park consists of five single-story and one four-story multi-tenant office buildings.

On the February 5th agenda for Plymouth Township’s Council is a presentation by Michael Markman of BET Investments for the address of 625 Ridge Pike. Please note that Plymouth Township’s agendas aren’t always clear. It is likely that the presentation will be mentioned, but the actual presentation won’t be made until the February 12th meeting.

BET Investments owns and has developed office buildings. shopping centers, apartment communities, and mixed use projects like the Promenade at Upper Dublin (which has apartments, retail, and restaurants).

This presentation was on a prior recent agenda, but was postponed. At that time, MoreThanTheCurve.com filed a right-to-know on any application that had been filed in connection to the presentation, but no application had yet been filed. So at this time, we do not know what the presentation will entail.
