Chestnut Hill College Sprint Football Game Still On for Friday Night – Fanfast/Field Goal Contest Rescheduled

Chestnut Hill College made an announcement today regarding its Friday night sprint football game against Army. They plan to play the game, but the activities that were scheduled around the game have been rescheduled. From the announcement:

While tomorrow evening’s football game is currently scheduled to take place, we are cancelling the fanfest, field goal contest and 50/50 raffle. We made this decision due to conflicting forecasts about potentially inclement weather tomorrow afternoon as well as the uncertainty of the potential effects of Hurricane Florence on the Mid-Atlantic states.

But the good news is that our fanfest celebration, field goal contest and 50/50 raffle for the Travis Manion Foundation have been rescheduled and will take place on Friday, October 26, when CHC plays St. Thomas Aquinas College.

Again, the CHC vs Army game is still scheduled to take place at 7 p.m., rain or shine; however, fans should continue to check the website and our social media for any updates on the status of the game.

We will keep you post if anything changes.
