Coyote Crossing has introduced a new Lucky 7 special. The special allows guests to choose two tacos from a special  menu featuring seven different tacos, for $7.00. The special is available in the bar area seven days a week during lunch and dinner.

The seven tacos are:

Beef Brisket
3 Chili Marinated Slow Cooked Brisket, Cilantro, Onions, Fried Pepper Rings, Avocado

Achiote and Orange Juice Braised Pork, Pickled Onions, Avocado

Tinga Chicken
Chipolte and Onion Shredded Chicken, Cilantro, Onions

Carnita
