The church building at 691 West Germantown Pike in Plymouth Meeting was recently sold for $790,000 to Peniel Korean Presbyterian Church. The property was sold by Citylight Church, which had owned it since 2021. Citylight Church was represented by Colin McHale of Beacon Commercial Real Estate.
The 3,500-square-foot church was built in 1900 and property records show that in 1915 it was the home of Hickorytown Union Mission. In 2008, the property was sold to the Community Church of Plymouth Meeting and in 2013 to the Journey Church of Pennsylvania. The next sale was to Citylight Church in 2021.
