COBRA, Conshohocken Organized Brewers of Righteous Ales, is holding its next meeting on Tuesday, February 24th at the Conshohocken Brewing Company. During the meeting, Mark Brault of Deer Creek Malthouse, Pennsylvania’s first commercial malthouse since prohibition, will lead a discussion on the malting process specifically geared towards homebrewers. Deer Creek Malthouse was recently featured in the Philadelphia Inquirer.
All are welcome to join in the discussion and sample beers made by club members. COBRA has no fees, just good beer and folks who want to learn from each other.
