Beacon Commercial Real Estate recently announced the sale of 6 Union Hill Road in West Conshohocken. The almost 2.5-acre property with a 41,000 square foot building was purchased for $6,750,000.00. The transaction was finalized on October 10th.

The buyer is an entity, 6 Union Hill, LLC, which is associated with KGULLER, a company that insulates HVAC, mechanical, and plumbing systems to prevent frost, condensation, heat loss, and to provide burn protection. KGULLER is moving from Lafayette Hill due to the need for a larger facility.
