Conshohocken’s commercial real estate market has recently seen smaller office and commercial properties offered for sale and successfully sold. Below are the latest four within the borough, two that recently sold and two that are for sale.

Sold – 1000 Fayette Street
A corner 3,700-square-foot office property was recently sold for $1,050,000. The new property owner, Campnolan LLC, is an entity associated with Nolan Consulting Group, which will make the building its new headquarters.
Nolan Consulting Group provides business coaching and consulting for contractors in the trades industry across the United States and Canada. The company is moving from Ardmore.

For Sale – 20 East 2nd Avenue
The 9,000-square-foot office building at the corner of East 2nd Avenue and Harry Street was recently listed for sale at $2,475,000. The three-story building is currently 39% percent leased.

Sold – 124 East Hector Street
The 4,320-square-foot warehouse building at the corner of East Hector and Ash streets was recently sold for $1 million to Swinford Development Partners, LLC.

For Sale – 925 Fayette Street
The corner 5,500 square foot office property with the statue of a bull out front at 925 Fayette Street is listed for sale. The price is not disclosed.
