Conditional use application involving condos on agenda for Conshohocken’s Borough Council

On the agenda for the July 21st meeting of Conshohocken’s Borough Council is a conditional use hearing for a proposed condo development at 450 Colwell Lane in Conshohocken.

MoreThanTheCurve.com has reported several times on this proposal, which would see the former warehouse converted into an indoor sports complex in the immediate future and could after seven years be redeveloped into condominiums. Conshohocken’s planning commission voted unanimously to recommend granting the conditional use in June.

Other items on the agenda include interviewing applicants for the open seat on borough council for Ward 5 that is due to the resignation of Jane Flanagan and consideration of a fire service agreement with the two fire companies located within the borough.

The meeting will be held online and details on how to participate can be found here.
