Condos selling fast on Conshohocken’s riverfront

We were researching a property in Conshohocken when we noticed a long string of sales at 421 Washington Street on the riverfront. The address is home to Washington Place, a condo community by Pulte Homes.

Once completed, Washington Place will offer 200 homes across four buildings. Amanda Gundlach, an on-site sales consultant for Pulte, shared that since the start of March, 58 homes have been sold. The first building is complete, and new homeowners have moved in. A second building is under construction. Prices vary by model and upgrades, but expect to pay from the mid-$400s to the high-$600s.

While the term “condo” is often used to describe the apartments along the river, no significant condo communities have been built in Conshohocken since The Grande, which opened in phases in 2007 and was completed in 2011. The Grande is almost 400 condos across three buildings.

The property that is home to Washington Place was first proposed and approved for almost 600 apartments, but was later revised to include 200 condos along Washington Street and an apartment community along the river. The first phase of the apartments is expected to open in March 2027.
