This week, Pennsylvania’s Agriculture Secretary Russell Redding unveiled the 2025 PA Farm Show Butter Sculpture, based on the show’s theme, Powering Pennsylvania. The sculpture was created by Conshohocken (Whitemarsh Township) based artists Jim Victor and Marie Pelton.

To capture the theme, the 1,000 pound sculpture features a life-sized dairy cow alongside a methane digester — a powerful renewable energy system — set against a Pennsylvania farm and cityscape backdrop.

​The 109th Pennsylvania Farm Show will be held Saturday, January 4th through Saturday January 11th in Harrisburg at the PA Farm Show Complex & Expo Center. Details can be found here.
